Returns Policy

In the case of repairs undertaken by our Distribution Partners, repair times given are merely estimates and are not binding on RapidDeals; time is not of the essence of this agreement unless expressly agreed upon in writing by RapidDeals. RapidDeals shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature which the Customer may suffer as a result of any unforeseen costs and/or delayed repairs.

No returns will be accepted without acknowledgment of a Return Request. A Return Request must be sent via email to returns@rapiddeals.co.za . The subject line of your email must include the Tax Invoice number that the goods were invoiced on, and a full fault description must be completed in the body of your email to enable our Distributions Partners technical department to test and verify any fault. An acknowledgment will be emailed to you confirming receipt of your Return Request.

All defective merchandise returned to RapidDeals must be returned with all cables, power supplies, accessories and documentation etc.

RapidDeals is not responsible for the cost of returning any products to RapidDeals offices. For your protection, please insure the package and ship via a traceable method. RapidDeals is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If any of the above conditions are not met, RapidDeals reserves the right either to refuse the return, or to charge a restock fee of not less than 25%.

Acceptance of Products: RapidDeals and its Distribution Partners shall conduct incoming acceptance inspection as soon as possible on receipt of products.
